Adam supports the management board in the company’s operational and strategic development. He is responsible for comprehensive organization of training, marketing activities and sales support events. He is a great organizer who implements projects paying great attention to detail. He believes this is the only way he can meet the expectations of colleagues, partners and clients, and provide quality that he would like to receive himself and, as a result, increase the company’s value.
He started his adventure with banking and finance at mBank in 2002, where he worked as a client adviser, then a mortgage specialist, and later as a coach responsible for training employees of MultiBank branches and e-learning. In 2008, he became the internal coach at Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion, where he implemented the company’s training strategy. For the last few years he has also been responsible for cooperation and development of relations with the company’s strategic partners as being part of a partnership program, which implements initiatives aimed at developing sales and organization of many nationwide industry events.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz, where he majored in finance and banking, specializing in Banking. In 2009, he completed the course and passed the exam for the Certified European Financial Advisor organized by the Warsaw Banking Institute with the EFPA Polska Foundation. In 2017, he was awarded the title of Certified Business Coach on completion of a course organized by the IBD Business School with the participation of IES (International Education Society).
