Your personal data will be processed based on your consent which you expressed by sending to iWealth your recruitment application. iWealth may process your personal information included in the recruitment application for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims, if the claims relate to our recruitment process. For this purpose, iWealth shall process your personal data based on a legitimate interest that consists in determination, investigation or defence against claims in court or claims issued by state authorities.

Data submission is voluntary, but necessary to take part in the recruitment process.

You have the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of it, rectify the data, request its deletion, restrict its processing, oppose to its processing and transfer the given data (to the processing of which you agreed) to another data controller.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your data by iWealth violates the law, in particular the General Regulation on Data Protection of 27 April 2016.

iWealth plans to process your personal data until you withdraw your consent. The withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may be effected by submitting a declaration via e-mail: kontakt@iwealth.pl. The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing which was made based on your consent before withdrawal.

iWealth shall not transfer your personal information outside of the European Economic Area. The recipient of your personal data shall be external entities processing data on behalf of iWealth based on entrustment agreements (e.g. a host provider).
