The website at www.iwealth.pl (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) is an online service operated by iWealth Management Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at al. Armii Ludowej 26 (00-609 Warsaw), entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Economic Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000381507 (hereinafter referred to as “iWealth”).

The Website is an Internet site (website) containing required legal information about iWealth and services provided by iWealth, as well as information on the broadly understood financial market. The information and materials contained therein come from third parties and from institutions cooperating with iWealth, and the Website operator does not interfere with their content, subject to other provisions of these legal reservations.

The user is every person using the Website, and using it does not require any agreement between iWealth and the user.

By getting access to the Website, the user acknowledges that all information sent via e-mail and other forms of transmission via the Internet is not confidential and may be subject to any interference by third parties.

iWealth informs that the data provided on the pages of this Website, and on the pages to which the Website contains links, does not constitute a binding offer of any services, including banking and insurance services provided to users of the Website, iWealth clients and partners, and is provided for informational and advertising purposes only. It also does not constitute financial advisory services or recommendation of financial instruments or their issuers, and is not a form of providing legal assistance.

iWealth is not responsible for the content of information contained on the websites of cooperating partners, and is not responsible for the consequences of using any information or materials available on the cooperating partners’ websites. By using the link, the user is sent to a page belonging to another owner.

iWealth periodically updates the information contained on the Website. The Website has also been written based on publicly available information and external sources recognized by iWeatlh as reliable, but iWealth does not guarantee and cannot ensure their accuracy, completeness and credibility.

The information on the Website must not constitute the basis for making any investment decisions.

Investment funds do not guarantee the implementation of an investment goal, including capital protection and achievement of a specific result. The participant should take into account the possibility of losing all or part of the funds paid. The Participant’s individual rate of return is not identical to the investment result of a given Investment Fund and depends on the day of sales and purchase of participation units by investment funds, and on the level of handling fees and other encumbrances on investment income in investment funds, in particular capital income tax.

The materials regarding investment funds published on the Website are for information purposes only and do not constitute a sufficient basis to make an investment decision. iWealth recommends reading the information required by law in the scope of ​​investment funds before making an investment decision, including a detailed description of risk factors and indication of handling fees related to making investments in investment funds, described respectively in the Fund’s prospectuses and the Table of Fees, which are available in the headquarters of cooperating Companies and on their websites, or via iWealth.

iWealth reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend or terminate any function or property of the Website at any time.

As an intermediary in the sale and repurchase of participation units in investment funds and participation titles of foreign funds, iWealth is subject to the supervision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, software and all HTML codes, as well as other codes contained on this Website, are kept by iWealth or its licensors, and are protected by copyright law and other laws and international agreements.

Privacy Policy and Cookies

This Policy applies to collection, storage and processing of personal data of users, as well as the use of “cookies” and similar technologies on the iWealth.pl website (“Website”). The Website’s operator is iWealth Management Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at al. Armii Ludowej 26 (00-609 Warsaw), entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Economic Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 381507, REGON 021485231, NIP (VAT no.) 8961518073, share capital PLN 3 426 350 (the “Company”).

  • Contact details. To make contacting you possible, the Website allows for the collection of certain personal data: name, e-mail address, telephone number or province (declared place of stay).
  • Registration data. The company collects personal data of users also during the registration process via the form available at https://online.iwealth.pl. During registration you will be asked to provide the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail, login, password, PESEL number and telephone number. Apart from the above-mentioned personal data, the user shall also be asked to provide certain information, including series and number of personal identity document, permanent residence address, tax residence status, user account number.

  • Your personal data shall be processed when it is necessary for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests we pursue, which are: direct marketing, including profiling (e.g. to match the content of the Website to your preferences and interests); contacting you, carrying out measurements, statistics and analyses (e.g. to adjust the content of the Website to the preferences and interests of all users); ensuring safety, functionality and stability of the Website; detecting bots and abuse while using the Website; investigating and defending against claims.
  • The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing the following services for us: consulting, legal, auditing, IT, telecommunications, archiving and destroying documents, marketing, as well as entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement agencies – of course – only if they make a request based on an appropriate legal basis.
  • Your personal data shall be stored for a period necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, as well as to investigate and defend against claims for the period resulting from the time limit for limitation of claims, counted from the time when individual claims become due.
  • Providing personal data is voluntary but if the user decides not to provide us with its basic contact details, the Company may not be able to respond to the user’s inquiry or provide services to the user.
  • In the cases where the Company acts as a data controller, and if it is in accordance with the law, the user has the right to access its data, transfer it and limit its processing, and to object to the processing of its personal data, and request its correction or removal. The submission of such a request shall stop the processing of the user’s personal data and delete it, unless there is a significant legal interest that allows the data to be stored for a longer period (e.g. defence against claims or the existence of a legal obligation to store data).   • The users’ personal data is processed only as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it is collected. When determining the period of storage of your personal data, we include the following criteria: (i) whether the user expresses continuous interest in our services, (ii) whether the user has become our client, (iii) whether the user informed us in a telephone conversation that s/he wishes to be contacted in the future.
  • It is possible that we will be required to disclose your personal data to competent state authorities (in particular to the police or the prosecutor’s office) if we receive a request from them, subject to the legal basis for providing your personal data (e.g. court order).
