Małgorzata holds the position of Vice-President of the Management Board combining the building of business structures with the development of the company’s competence in the area of wealth management.
It is important for her to constantly develop herself and the team, looking for new opportunities and innovative solutions appreciated by the market in order to meet the Clients’ expectations better than the competition.
She has over 20 years of experience in managing the area of private and personal banking in large universal banks. In 2009-2018, Director of the Private Banking Department at mBank, responsible for the bank’s strategy towards the most affluent individual clients, sales management and development of the service offer. During this period mBank was named “The Best Private Banking in Poland” 7 times by the British Euromoney Magazine. As the President of mWealth Management in 2009-2016, she introduced, inter alia, a pioneering investment advisory service on the Polish market. From 2003 to 2009, Director of the Private Banking Department at Raiffeisen Bank, responsible for building the private banking area. In 2001-2003, Director of the Private and Personal Banking Department at BPH PBK, Managing Director of the Retail Client Division at PKO BP in 1999-2001.
Małgorzata is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Master Class of Management, Psychology in Management at SWPS. Vice President of the Management Board of the EFPA Polska Foundation – Foundation for Financial Advisory Standards. Privately a yoga enthusiast and Nordic Walking instructor.
