Agnieszka is responsible for operations, including the development of internal proceduwagires and customer service procedures. Her goal is to maintain an above-standard level of assisting Wealth Managers and Clients with the process of product distribution, its supervision, and control and standardization of business processes related to the company’s functioning and customer service..
She strives to facilitate customer service r by building a comprehensible, functional and friendly process for both the Wealth Manager and the client.
She is a graduate of the University of Social Sciences and Economics in Warsaw, where she majored in the economics of banking, and finance and accounting. She gained her extensive professional experience at Bank Pekao SA and at Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion. She worked on operations and processes projects that improved the work of financial advisers. She was responsible for modifying and developing customer service systems, as well as developing the necessary documentation for investment product offers.
